Stiletto…Kicks off for autumn!

Yes ladies, it’s time to kick off those heels for a wee while and get your comfy shoes on, as the leaves start to fall, the temperature plummets to toe numbing proportions and we wistfully wonder what happened to our summer this year.
Well do not fear…there is still cause for celebration as Stiletto returns on Friday, 26th September for its very first autumn of antics at The Island. You girls loved this venue back in June (although tricky to find, we know…maps are on there way) and as many of you now know, The Island really is stunning. With 2 dance floors, 3 bars, a sumptuous upstairs lounge area and a positive family of toilets for you to pamper or powder yourselves in, you won’t be left holding onto the seat of your pants as we dedicate this space to you once more for a much needed end of summer knees up.
Moving on up into the main room this month (we figured he’s far too good to be ignored) is our very own blonde bombshell, Johnnycash. He’ll be spinning some of the best funky, chunky sounds around with the help of our special guest this month …EGG and Trade’s very own resident of royalty, Lady Bianca.
This is our Lady’s first outing at Stiletto and one we are looking forward to immensely as she promises to take us on a funky road trip down memory lane with a cool collection of classics alongside some of the hottest house stormers from the here and now.
Back behind the decks in the back room is Stiletto’s super resident, Lisa German who’ll be cranking up the cdjs and delivering four hours of the best deep down and dirty underground sounds alongside our own mischievous Miss Cupcake. She’s been shaking things up at Code recently and can’t wait to dish out some dirty sounds for some real foot stomping. If their last outing is anything to go by, expect a packed and pumping dance floor right up until the bitter and (probably) very twisted end.
This month we’re starting a little earlier than usual – 10:30pm – and offering reduced admission of £6 before midnight. Drinks specials will be on offer early too, so get your best drinking boots on and get down to Stiletto this autumn.

Pre-Stiletto shindig going on courtesy of BORDELLO in Wardour Street before we hit the party proper at 10.30pm. The shindig begins at 7pm, where our very own Miss Cupcake will be gracing the decks for a 2 hour taster set before heading over to join my good self at The Island.
If you get your bum down to Bordello before 10pm for pre-drinks and leave with a stickered flyer, you'll be able to swap the flyer at the Stiletto cash desk for a brand new, one hour Autumn mix from Miss Cupcake...Hurray!
